Meet Our Mountain Realtors
Lucille Schmitt - Broker Owner - I've been selling
real estate in this area since 1971, after growing up ranching in Nebraska and
here in Colorado. I started Ponderosa Realty Assoc. in 1983. In 2001 we moved
to our new office and joined the United Country family. Working with all you
wonderful people in the community regarding your real estate needs continues to
be a great experience. Our team has many years of collective area expertise and
we're glad for the opportunity to work for you. We are proud to be in business
with each and every person here and would like to tell you a little more about
each one of them.

Sue Stevens: Sue started her real estate career in 1989 as a third
generation mountain Realtor. Sue was born in Sidney, NE. and moved to
the Livermore/Red Feather Lakes area with her family at age 5. She helped with
family ranching operations until 1979 when she attended college in West Virginia
studying animal science & stable management. While there, she earned
both a Riding
Instructor certification and Riding Master Dressage certification. Sue returned
to "the mountain" in 1986 and has helped with the family real estate
business since. Her interests include spending time riding and training her
horses, hiking, fishing, camping, and stained glass. Sue is a member of the
Colorado Horse Council and has been involved with horse rescue operations.

Jim Foster: Agent - After taking an early
retirement from the Colorado Dept of Agriculture, as a livestock inspector, Jim
chose real estate as his second career and has been with United Country
Ponderosa for 4 years. Jim and his wife Sue moved to this area 16 years ago and settled in
the Green Mountain
Meadows community. Their interests include caring for and riding their horses, and fishing
the lakes of Colorado and Wyoming. Jim has been a member of the Glacier View
fire department for 10 years and has been such an asset to our team with his

Amy Wolff: Born in Sidney, NE and raised in San Diego, CA.
She has spent the last 21 years in Red Feather Lakes with her husband Cory and 2
children Ashley and Noah. Amy started her career 5 years ago after, 17 years
working at the Pot Belly Restaurant, where she met and became friendly with many
Red Feather and Livermore area residents. Amy enjoys spending her time off
with her family on various outings. Amy brings her sunny disposition, positive
"get er done" attitude, as well as her extensive knowledge of the Red

Jan Musil: Jan was born and raised in western Nebraska. After
raising 2 children , Lynn and Lisa, Jan started her real estate career in 2002
earning her GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designation in 2003. Jan is a
member of the Fort Collins board Realtors Rookie Club. Jan has lived in the
LaPorte/Bellevue area for over 20 years. If you are looking to buy or sell
property in Fort Collins or the surrounding areas, Jan is the one to see. Jan
has been a positive hard working member of our team, a real self starter with a
great work ethic and a great sense of humor. She is our relocations
"specialist" for those of you moving off "the

Fred
Schrecengost : Fred was born in Medford,
Oregon. He found the Rocky Mountains of
Colorado
in 1971. Fred and his wife Virginia purchased their Crystal Lakes property in
1971, built their log home in 1985, and moved to the mountains full time in 1993
with their sons Greg and Kenny. Fred began a career in high tech during his over 13 years in the Air Force. After 17 years in the tech industry
consulting and providing support services, Fred joined our team in 2005. He is looking
forward to sharing his knowledge and love of the area with his customers. Fred
and his son, Greg, are in the process of building their own airplane. His
interests include flying, computers, camping and traveling. Fred and Virginia
have been a member of Morning Star community church since it's beginnings in
1986. Fred brings a fresh positive & professional approach to our team.

Terri Donnelly: Terri was born in Flint, MI. and
moved to Colorado in 1994. Terri attended Ferris State University and
earned her Bachelor's degree in advertising. Terri began her real estate career
in the Denver metro area and moved to Red Feather in 1996. After spending 5
years as a property manager at Lone Pine Realty, Teri joined our sales associate
staff at United Country Ponderosa Realty and has brought a fun and professional
attitude to the team. Her interests include working out, hiking, back packing,

Bob Isaacson: Bob is a native of
New York
State,
living in the Adirondack
Mountains
near
Canada. Before moving to Colorado, he spent twenty years in
Florida
after a six-year stint in the U. S. Navy, home ported
out of
Jacksonville,
Florida
. Bob spent
his time in
Florida
working as a Project Manager for Atlantic Dry-dock, a
repair shipyard on
Florida
’s east coast. During
this time Bob also earned his Bachelor Degree in Business Management, graduating
from the
University
of
North
Florida
in
1999. Wanting to return to the
mountains, Bob and his wife Kathy moved to Fort Collins,
CO. in March 2002. They purchased
land in Glacier View Meadows, broke ground in October 2002 for their new home,
and moved in full time in May 2003. Bob
received his real estate license in December 2002 and began establishing himself
in the Red Feather Lakes area while working with various real estate offices in
Fort Collins. Bob worked with Lone
Pine Realty for 1 year before moving to United Country Ponderosa Realty
Associates. He received his
Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) in 2005. Bob
is a commissioner appointed member of the Red Feather Lakes Plan Advisory
Committee, a Wilderness Ranger Volunteer with the National Forest Service,
serves on the Architectural Committee of Glacier View Meadows and is a member of
the Glacier View Fire Department. Bob

Shilo Sagert: Shilo is the newest member of our team and off
to a great start! Shilo was born in Laramie, Wyoming, then traveled extensively
with her family following the logging industry. The Sagert family, which
included four brothers, mom and dad, and a variety of pets from hedge hogs to
pigs, moved to the Livermore / Red Feather Lakes area in the early 80's.
Shortly after moving to the area they started Sagert Excavation Company and are
still offering quality excavation services today. She grew up riding and
training horses and helping with the family company. Shilo also spent time in
the restaurant industry where she worked her way into management and bookkeeping positions. She started her real estate career in August of 2006 at
United Country Ponderosa Realty Assoc. Shilo enjoys working and spending time
with her adopted BLM mustang, Cimarron, fly fishing, reading and spending time
with family and friends. She is extremely family oriented and has a great deal
of pride in her close family ties. Shilo is a very motivated and hard working
person. Her years of living and working in this area give her the advantage of
an in- depth knowledge of the area and community.

Carolyn Roth:
Carolyn is an administrative assistant for the team. She helps keep us
organized and is a great asset to the company and a friendly, caring person
with which to work. Carolyn was born in Antigo, WI. and moved to Colorado with her
family in 1960 . Carolyn spent 18 years in the banking business before coming to
work at United Country Ponderosa Realty. Carolyn and her husband, Don, enjoy
spending as much time as possible with their family. They have 5 children and 3 grandchildren. Carolyn's hobbies include reading and ceramics. E-Mail:

Michalle Messmer: Michalle joined our staff
as an admistrative assistant in January 2008. Prior to her employment
here, Michalle worked three years for Lone Pine Realty as the rental program
assistant manager. She moved to the Red Feather Lakes area in June 1995
when her husband retired from the Air Force and she retired from teaching
elementary school. As an "Army brat" and Air Force wife, Michalle has
traveled extensively and lived all over the world. She lived in Fort
Collins in 1974 and knew that she would one day settle in the nearby mountains.
Michalle is an avid hiker and takes advantage of the pristine environment in
which she lives. She also enjoys riding her horses, mountain biking, and
